Workshop Marble Mosaics
During this workshop During this workshop, which will be given by our enthusiastic tutor, you will learn how to work with tiny pieces of marble. to create for yourself a beautiful mosaic artwork. Marble which you will be using comes from our local quarries . This is found in the most varied colours such as red, bruin, beige, black, grey and white. You can choose your own subject - maybe a plate, a table-top, a vase or something you have already .decided you would like to make.
Glass and Jewellery Mosaic: In September Hella Steins from "Smashing Stones" is planning an extra one-week workshop on glass mosaics and mosaic jewelery

Each participant has their own private apartment. If you are accompanied by a fellowtraveller, you can share this apartment and receive a reduction of € 70,- per person per week.

Workshop including
- Round trip flight from Amsterdam to Athens (if applicable) by Olympic Airlines
- Booking fees, airport taxes and various surcharges
- Transfer caried out by our own service from the airport to the hotel in Kantia v.v.
- Private apartment for each participant (discounts are offered for sharing an apartment with a fellow traveler)
- Breakfast, lunch (sandwiches buffet) and Mediterranean dinners provided by our own chefs (except the dinner on Friday).
- Wine and mineral water during dinner
- 1 x per week a Greek dinner with live music
- 1 x per week dinner in Nauplion
- Visit to the marble quarry and marble factory (workshops in sculpture and mosaic)
- The workshop includes all the necessary materials and the use of tools
- Transport of your workpiece to the Netherlands. (If applicable)
- Final exhibition in Amsterdam; then your work can be taken home with you (If applicable).
